When the item arrives to us we will review the condition of the goods before issuing a refund or replacement and contact you if the claim is in doubt.
We will refund your card for the item and original delivery charge, plus the cost of returning the item to us (up to £4.99). Alternatively you can choose to have a replacement item (if available). You may specify your requirements on the completed returns document.
In the rare case that that you recieve the wrong item, we will send out the correct item on receipt of your return. We will issue a refund for the cost of your return. In circumstances where you have accidentally ordered in error and therefore recieved the wrong item, we are unable to refund you the cost of the original delivery or for the cost of the return back to us.
If for any reason you would like to return an item to us (because you've changed your mind, for example) you must do so within 14 days of purchase, and include the relevant paperwork which includes a note of your order number. All returned item(s) MUST be unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned goods, all items will be checked thoroughly and a refund will be issued where appropriate. Unwanted goods are not eligible for a refund of the delivery charge, or for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
